HIE is a 501 (c) (3) that is in need of equipment and resources to aid in the implementation of its “floodplain stormwater containment basins” (FSCB) items need are, track loaders, excavators, skid steer loaders, dozers, dump trucks, or most any type of construction/earth moving equipment that is in good usable condition, also materials needed are, silt fence, filter cloth, rip-rap stone, sand and curlex.

We will also accept pickup trucks, cars, and boats as well as real property, or anything of value that can be converted into resources to finance our programs for stormwater control BMP’s.
